Located in downtown Toronto, right next to the CN Tower, it’s a must-see attraction when visiting Toronto with kids, and it regularly ranks among Toronto’s top-rated attractions on TripAdvisor, so the good reviews are plentiful.
On our previous trips to Toronto, we planned on visiting the aquarium but backed out each time when we saw the huge waiting lines. This time, however, we took a chance and it wasn’t so bad. We purchased our tickets online, which cut down on wait time at the ticket counter, and the aquarium was far less crowded than we expected. Maybe the Toronto locals were out of town for the Christmas holidays, or maybe it was simply the -30°C outside.
In any case, the kids were in awe. And so were we!
